The compact MOTIV MVi interface connects a microphone or instrument to your computer or mobile device to create a portable recording studio, wherever and whenever you want. For maximum flexibility and absolute control of recordings on the fly, the device connects to any PC, Mac, and iOS device with a Lightning connector, as well as to most Android devices (ask our team of experts the complete list of compatible devices). This robust equipment is completely metallic and has a combo input XLR / 6.3 mm jack to connect both microphones and instruments. When connected to a computer / laptop, it also provides the necessary phantom power for condenser microphones. What flexibility do I get with this audio interface? The equipment has 5 predefined DSP modes (speech, singing, flat response, acoustic instrument and loud sound) that configure the sound to start recording immediately. Its touch panel allows you to control the gain, mute and volume of headphones. If you want to optimize your recordings for a certain purpose, you can manually adjust the limiter, compressor and 5-band equalizer until you find that unique sound you want. Other manual adjustments can be made if the MOTIV MVi is used with the ShurePlus MOTIV iOS app, such as 20 dB enhancement for low-output microphones and distant sound sources.
