The SLX124/85/SM58 Combo Wireless System is part of the SLX wireless systems family.

SLX Wireless Systems are powerful wireless tools that can be set up quickly and used confidently by installers and working bands. Features include auto frequency scan with transmitter setup, exceptional wireless clarity, and Shure patented Audio Reference Companding.

Includes SLX2/SM58 handheld transmitter, WL185 lavalier microphone, SLX1 bodypack transmitter, SLX4 receiver, microphone clip, tie clip, rackmount kit, two 1/4 wave antennas, power supply, 4 AA batteries, protective bumpers with 8 screws, 2 vinyl bags, and user guide.

The SLX124/85/SM58 features a half-rack receiver housed in a rugged, full-metal chassis. It utilizes Predictive Switching Diversity to protect the transmission from RF interference. The receiver’s auto-scan function searches a 24 MHz UHF tuning range with 960 selectable frequencies available, seeking out a clean, interference-free channel, even when operating multiple systems simultaneously.

The system comes with an SLX1 bodypack transmitter and a WL185 cardioid lavalier microphone optimized for speech intelligibility. It also includes the SLX2 handheld transmitter featuring an interchangeable capsule design and equipped with the legendary SM58 cardioid dynamic capsule, an industry standard for vocalists and presenters. Both transmitters provide up to 8 hours of operation on two AA batteries, with a fixed 30mW RF power output and a transmission range up to 330′. Up to 12 wireless mics can operate simultaneously in the same space.
