Yamaha MRX7D
Yamaha MRX7D Processors
Sound systems in corporate conference rooms, educational centers, shopping centers and many other environments increasingly demand greater and more complex features. The MRX7-D offers superb flexibility and control efficiency for a wide spectrum of audio installations.
Since the design architecture of the MRX7-D is freely configurable, this allows audio engineers to create unique customer solutions that can incorporate many unique processing components and maximize the use of available DSP capabilities. With Dante connectivity, it also allows audio systems to benefit from the benefits of incorporating other Dante-enabled products on the market, including Yamaha’s wide range of digital mixers.
The MRX7-D benefits from all the advantages of Dante network audio technology implemented worldwide. Dante is a truly digital network that increases the flexibility and expandability of audio systems while helping to reduce costs. It allows handling and distributing a large number of audio channels over long distances and to many devices on the network simultaneously. With as many Dante-enabled devices on the market, such as microphones, processors, digital mixers, and amplifiers, the MRX7-D is the ideal choice for medium to large-size system designs.
The design process with MTX-MRX Editor is a logical step-by-step analogy of the physical installation workflow.
1. Wizard to configure device layout.
2. Functional configuration.
3. Configuration of external controllers.
MTX-MRX Editor incorporates MRX Designer software and is key to creating a wide variety of system designs. MRX Designer is freely configurable and allows you to create audio systems that are very easy to use, as well as very flexible and powerful. Powerful features available to designers include a large 64 x 64 matrix, state-of-the-art Dan Dugan automix, advanced acoustic echo cancellation, and many other specialized components.
From a customer perspective, the ability to easily access control of their audio system is crucial, regardless of how sophisticated the system is. For this reason, Yamaha provides a large number of remote control options. These include simple DCP wall panels with their wireless equivalents, which can be operated from an iOS or Android phone or tablet. Plus there’s the more sophisticated MCP1 wall controller, the advanced PGM1 PA station microphone, and the fully customizable ProVisionaire Touch and ProVisionaire Control apps for iOS tablets and Windows devices respectively.
