QSC QIO-GP8X8 Network I/O Expander for Q-SYS
The Q-SYS QIO-GP8x8 extends the capabilities of your Q-SYS system through GPIO connections, which allow interoperability with control devices that are not connected to the network. By separating local I/O from processing hardware, the QIO Series offers easily scalable network I/O to cover the desired topology.

It The QIO-GP8x8 allows you to add more flexibility to your Q-SYS system to install GPIO control connections where you need it. The QIO-GP8x8 has eight (8) logic inputs and outputs to provide GPIO expansion for systems that need to interface with occupancy sensors, buttons, LEDs, doorbells, and more. In addition, all QIO Series I/O Expanders are small in size so they can be rack or surface mounted. - Greater I/O Customization
The QIO Series is intended to provide an easy way to add network I/O connections to Q-SYS systems, decoupling the physical location of the I/O from the processing hardware so that it can work with centralized or distributed processing architectures. In addition, the QIO Series allows you to customize the I/O configuration and complements the new Q-SYS Cores, which were designed with less I/O (Core Nano, Core 8 Flex or NV-32-H (Core Capable)) .

Daisy-chain up to four Q-SYS QIO Series devices with a single network cable (with local daisy-chain DC power) to use fewer network ports, avoid rack clutter, and enable faster future expansion without having to connect more network cables. Optionally, the QIO Series also supports PoE, allowing easy single-cable connection when devices are not daisy-chained. - Exclusively designed for Q-SYS
