Shure KSM32 Cardioid Condenser Microphone

An embossed single-diaphragm,?side-address, cardioid condenser microphone for highly critical studio recording and live sound productions. The Shure KSM32 offers an extended frequency response for an open, natural sounding reproduction of the original sound source.

This cardioid condenser microphone offers a smooth, neutral sound with great character and consists of a microphone, a padded zippered carrying case and a swivel adapter.

The KSM32 can be used in a nearly limitless range of applications, including vocals, wind and acoustic instruments, low-frequency instruments such as double bass and kick drum, and overhead or overhead miking applications. The KSM32 can be used interchangeably in studios or on stage.

A smooth, neutral reproduction with great character can be expected. The KSM32 is a clean, precise and detailed mic with an extended bass response, although the inclusion of high-pass filters, both gently sloping and steep, also allows low-end sounds to be removed if desired. Its characteristics include a low self-noise level and a high capacity to withstand high sound pressure levels.

The difference between these two mics is the color and the accessories included with each model:

• KSM32 / CG: Graphite color, includes a padded zippered sleeve and a swivel mounting system.
• KSM32 / SL: champagne color, includes an aluminum case, a velvet pouch and an anti-shock mounting system.
